48 hours' notice or more before your rental start date — no cancellation fee, but a $100.00 paperwork fee applies.

Less than 48 hours — the paperwork fee plus a further $125.00 cancellation fee.

Anything you have already paid towards the rental comes back to you, less those fees. If the fees come to more than you have paid, the difference is charged to the card on file.

The reservation deposit is non-refundable. It is credited towards your rental when you go ahead, and kept if you do not.

Your refundable damage deposit is released in full — nothing is held against a rental that is not happening. Allow 3–7 business days.
